You're about 19 years younger Dan......wait till you have my seniority......biggrin

Just some of the collections I hope to disperse or (perish the thought) re-cycle.

Hot Rod back to the 60's and some 50's

Car and Driver back to the early 60's

Look/Life late 60's early 70's

Corvette Restorer/Corvette News complete back to mid 60's

Presently subscribe to Hemmings Muscle and Muscle Car Review but pass them along

when I finish. I will put a bunch in a box and go to car cruises with a sign "Please Take Some"

Always come home empty.

By coincidence I've been going through my 40+ year collection of mags. I'm NOT moving them again. Getting rid of Car Craft, Hot Rod, Mopar mags, SS & DI, etc. I'm going to try selling, or giving them away. If not, they'll go for recycling...
I'll be keeping all my MCR and other Musclecar mags though.wink

Great minds think a like. I "was" always a car magazine guy. The last few years I've pretty much quit reading them cover to cover like I use to. Actually Car Craft and Popular Hot Rodding were my favorite. I started to go thru them and cut out mostly Tech articles, staple and catalog them for quick reference. I literally have boxes and boxes. I'll probably drop some off at a local nursing home, probably some old motorheads there. I found some old "Skinned Knuckles", not sure if their still it business. Us old car guys are a dying bread, literally.

Sadly I got rid of my Muscle Car mags when I moved 2000km to where I am. I miss them now. I had most of the big MC mags from the early 80's until mid 2000's.

Oh to have all these magazines back in the 60's. I use to sit in study hall reading the latest edition of Hot Rod, cover to cover, hoping I wouldn't get caught.
