I picked this up off of ebay a little while ago. I have it all cleaned up, untangled and ready to install when the engine bay is cleaned up.

The original harness had pieces cut off of it.

The gentleman I purchased it from took a LOT of care removing it. All mounting clips are there and in great condition.

The horn relay had a TON of black paint on it, so I took HD oven cleaner to it...

Lawrence,

If your not going to have the Horn Relay re-plated, take some steal wool to it, and clear it with a no gloss clear.

I use Steve Gregori for my plating .....check out his web site. http://www.brakeboosters.com/

Dan, There is NO sign indicating it was ever plated. I was thinking of going that route tho.

The correct plating for the horn relay, is a silver or clear zinc plating.

Thanks Dan. Good to know. I will give Steve a call.
Also, were ALL boosters plated, and MC covers?

Correct, Steve Gregori can answer all your questions. He is very knowledgeable, been doing this for years.
