My good friend Mark Johnson (Milkbone)......told me about these rare and light weight Ford Fairmont Boxtop Post Sedans. Fords best kept low budget Post Sedan secret.

They only weigh 2800lbs and all parts are interchangeable with the 5.0 Mustangs  these cars will beat and surprise a lot of people.

Cool - Was is a Post Sedan? Most Fairmont`s are not, must have the vent window

I've seen those Fairmont's before and thought they were cool. Now of course if I had one the hood would be stock and the wheels would be steelies

Dan, be careful about requiring a vent window for 2 door post validity, because you will alienate the final year of the Chevy B body 2 door post sedan (1969)

I love these cars! Many of them even have aluminum bumpers and Swiss Cheese'd inner panel bracing. Not only that but you can buy off-the-shelf headers for SBC/BBC/LS installs! When the right one surfaces, this will be my 1st Blue Oval product . . .

Well taken.....but I still struggle in the fact that GM made that mistake..... '69 B-body Post Sedan would look soooo much better if it had the vent window.

LOVE those Faimonts and Zephyrs! A 347 Fox body drivetrain would rule. P.s. I guess technically 1975 Nova began Collonade style, sorta 2 DOOR POST

I have seen several videos of Fairmonts with LS swaps, some with Turbos and/or nitrous. In addition to the 2 door posts I have seen a 4 door and a couple wagons. You are right, they are ultimate sleepers.
