This is my 57 150 hotrod. I have been trying to recreate the look of a early 60's street car. It is a blast to drive, and I have always loved the post sedan body styles...
It's easier to apologize than to ask for permission!

It is a Ford heavy truck scoop, or a Pontiac Super Duty scoop depends on what you want to call it... The guys at the shop almost cried when I took the cutting wheel to the perfect California hood. But thats the look I was after. I even found a NOS scoop grill...
Some old shots from Pennfield.

Gorgeous car ! too nice to drive wish I didn't have to pay bills and eat lol
Here it is with my vintage Cragar SS and Mickey Thompson chrome reverses on cheaters...
Thing is its just a built car. It was a 6 cylinder car new. But it is a true black/white 150 with california front bumper etc. Thats why I do not mind cutting on it. It does draw a crowd since I have done it with real vintaage parts, not current stuff...
beautiful '57 brian!
nice clean '56...
